Privacy policy

What we collect

• Details you give in forms: name, phone, email, organisation, event details (type, date, venue, budget) and your free-text message.
• Job applications: the details you filled in, portfolio links and a CV file, if you attached one.
• A form you started and did not send: if you typed a phone number or an email and did not send the form, the details are kept for up to 30 days so that we can get back to you. A notice about this appears under the form.
• Browsing data: pages viewed, where you came from (for example an ad or a search engine), device and browser type, language and approximate country. The IP address is used to detect the country and to prevent spam.

Why we use it

• To get back to you, prepare a quote and coordinate the event or the studio.
• To handle job applications.
• To improve the site and measure our advertising.
• To prevent spam and abuse.

You have no legal duty to give us information. Giving it is up to you, but without contact details we cannot get back to you.

Who receives it

We do not sell personal information. It is kept by us and passed only to providers that help us deliver the service, and only as far as needed:

• The site's hosting and our customer management system.
• Email, WhatsApp and Telegram services, to send messages and receive alerts about inquiries.
• Google and Meta, for measurement and advertising, only if you accepted cookies.
• Google Calendar, to manage the events and studio calendar.

Some providers operate outside Israel. Information is given to authorities only when the law requires it.

Cookies

• Essential cookies: remembering the language you chose, security and your choice in the cookie panel. They are always on.
• Internal measurement: the site stores an anonymous identifier and your arrival source on your device, for the site's own statistics, without sharing it with third parties.
• Google and Meta measurement and advertising cookies: switched on only after you accept them in the cookie panel. You can change your choice at any time through the "Cookie settings" link or in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

• Inquiries and bookings: up to 24 months from the last contact, unless an engagement requires longer retention by law (for example accounting documents).
• CVs and applications: up to 12 months.
• Unsent forms: up to 30 days.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Privacy Law you may see the information kept about you, ask us to correct it and ask us to delete it. Send a request to the email in the business details and we will answer within 30 days. You may also ask us at any time not to contact you again.

Security

The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to the information is limited to staff who need it and is password protected, and CVs are stored outside the site's public folders. No system is completely immune, and if a serious security incident is found we will act as the law requires.

Minors

The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information about minors under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is published on this page, with the update date.
