✦ From the first call to the moment the screen lights up

What does working with us look like?

Five steps, one team. You bring the event and the vision; we plan the screens, design the content and run it live on the night. Here's what happens at each step, how long it takes and what we need from you.

01BRIEF

Tell us about your event

A call or a short form: type of event, date, venue, headcount, and how you want guests to feel when they walk in. If you have a deck, a logo or references, now's the time.

We get back to you within one business dayFrom you: date, venue, rough scale

02CONCEPT

Concept meeting and proposal

We meet at the studio or on Zoom. We present a visual direction, a first sketch of the screen layout and a detailed quote broken down by stage. Take it all, or just what you're missing.

03SCREENS

Screen planning and 3D preview

We measure the venue, set sizes, resolutions and positions, and prepare a 3D preview of the stage. We coordinate with the equipment, lighting and production suppliers until everything fits.

What gets built, and when

Four layers, one schedule.

The layers are built one on top of the other. This is how it spreads over time until the event goes live.

How far ahead?

Three scenarios, three timelines.

The bigger the stage, the earlier planning starts. The earlier you reach out, the more time there is for concept and approval rounds: 3–4 months ahead is ideal. Still, we know how to work fast, even at the last minute: for fundraisers and events with a VJ and basic screen design, we can get organized within a few days. Not recommended, and it depends on the season and on our workload and our suppliers', but possible.

Questions people ask us

It depends on the scope: a conference with one screen and basic content is very different from an arena show with six screens and content for every song. After a short call we send a detailed proposal broken down by stage, so you see exactly what you're paying for and what can be dropped.

Quite the opposite, that's the norm. Most clients come with a logo and a general idea. Our studio department builds the concept and all the content from scratch, and you just approve.

Yes, but it's not recommended. When the content and the screens are built by us, everything is tested together in advance and runs smoothly on the night. Still, if you have ready-made content or your own designer, our team will come to run it. Good to know: our field crew aren't just operators, they're technicians too. They look after you on your most important day, and can fix screen, connection or file issues in real time.

We're professional LED technicians, so the planning, the specs and checking that the screen suits the content are done by us. The physical equipment comes from regular subcontractors we've worked with for years. If you have your own supplier, we'll work with them.

The team arrives with a backup for every computer and every file, and runs a full technical rehearsal before the doors open. And if something does happen, our field crew are technicians with years of experience: they fix the problem as fast as possible, before the audience even notices.

Ideally 3–4 months ahead. Comfortable: 3 weeks for a mid-size event, 2 months for a major concert. And at the last minute? Possible, but not recommended. For fundraisers and events with a VJ and basic screen design we're set up for fast turnarounds, even within a few days, depending on the season and on our workload and our suppliers'.
